@Kai-Wario: You enter the village. The main paths of the village are empty, they have all turned in to their houses for the night.

@NinAmos:
He turns to Painted Arrow. "It's getting late, you should retire to tend to your family. You have heard my tale many times already."
OOC: Now this is a story all about how my life got flipped turned upside down

"Now, you may have noticed that I am more versed in languages and grammar than most people here in this village. This is because I was not born and raised here, but in Clan Bison's settlement on the central plains. In my younger days, I was quite an ambitious man, serving as a minister in the High Court of Alzibec. While my char|sma and grace captured the popular imagination of several Clans, my political savvy and cunning threatened the positions and reputations of several corrupt courtiers and ministers who were already indisposed towards me for my views on Aeng; not a good combination, I can tell you that. Rather than kill or defame me and anger the masses of my political supporters, they chose instead to demote and relegate me here to this village, where I would still be considered in a position of responsibility, but I would no longer have the authority to bring the corrupt cabal to justice, and all my time would be taken up just trying to manage this backwater area.
'He is the salvation of the people, so let him save these people over here personally!' was the insincere taunt, I believe.
So I came here and made a genuine connection with the villagers of Three Pines, helped them prosper. I thought they had sorely underestimated my prowess and thought I would be too incompetent to reform them. Their scheme turned out to be completely different though. Three Pines was very close to the Vance front at the time, so when they started their latest invasion, central command simply withdrew their forces from the surrounding area without any explanation, leaving us at the mercy of the enemy army. I figured that they expected me to raise my people and resist to the death, so I called for a peaceful surrender to them instead. To my surprise Vance did not impose too harshly on us, they just collected taxes and left me in charge. So Three Pines was annexed into the Empire of Sun and Moon."

"The Vance-ren have not enslaved us or desecrated the land...yet. Once they're finished with whatever other conflict is keeping them occupied they will turn their attention to us, I guarantee it. And even if they decide not to do any of those, the tax rate they have on us is still very steep, and we will likely become impoverished within 2 years if there is no change. This is where you come in. I do not have a complete plan for solving this problem yet, but when I do, I would like for you to meet back up with me and aid in carrying it out. So, will you join me? Do you have any other questions to ask of me?"

She nods throughout his story taking notes on a piece of paper she mysteriously got. When he is finished she puts away her notes and looks at the chief. "I don't know about my partner here but I'm willing to help." She then turns to Amos. "I think I'd rather bunk with you rather then someone I might stab with the pointy end of my weapon when I wake up."

Looks up in contemplation for minute

"I need to think on it, but before I turn in for the night, I need to ask, does this kind of help require some heads to fall?"

*starts walking extremely slowly (0.5ft/sec) in a random direction diverting what is left of my attention to staying upright and not crashing into objects while uncontrollably spouting nonsense such as

I don't actually know what being under the influence of roofies is like, but I'll try to simulate it as best I can, I'll give you the best I've got!

@Kai-Wario: You remark upon the beauty of life sucking the night sky as you ingest a totally healthy amount of mind altering substances. A sedative effect descends upon your body, making you feel woozy and slowly draining you of energy. This probably will knock you out in several minutes. You do walk in a random direction, however you do not have the control required to walk exactly .5 feet per second, so instead you go at about .25 to 2.5 feet per second depending on the moment of time. You crash into a stone wall, there seems to be stone everywhere spinning around you. You see a bunch of doors, a big blanket, the moon, and a pole for dancing around.

OOC: Speaking of stabbing with pointy ends....

@NinAmos: "Sorry for being so long winded if I bored you, I often made long and eloquent speeches at Court, so I'm used to speaking like that. " He ponders while considering your question. "As to whether heads will roll, not necessarily. There is a good chance of violence breaking out...though of course, I would prefer to resolve this without that happening. The old man that is day stoops down. Do you have any more concerns before we retire?"

/Gets up and leaves building

She too gets up and waves good night to the chief as she follows Amos out.

I, COME OUT OF THE CLOSET, burn it down, the shack.
Clean out Sandow's internal organs, and cleaning out the large intestines.
Saw off the arms, legs, and head with some sharp rocks, and mash the rest of the flesh up with stones and stuff it in the intestine to make human sausage.
Roast the flesh over the open fire I just created.
Takes the discarded sinew of Sandow when i was skinning him and makes some bowstring.
Then I make a raft with the wood nearby, hacking at the trees with some stones, and launch it into the middle of the lake, sleeping on the raft.

A few men emerge from the houses trying to discern where the noise came from, Painted Arrow among them. They see the burning rufies and Painted Arrow approaches to investigate them.

"I found them on this crazyman, he was probably taking the drug."

He sighs. "You should have give to me, I know how to proper use. This herb help one sleep or have commune trance."
He indicates Kai-Wario. "You know dis man? What we do with him?"

"No, I haven't seen this guy before, but judging from his strange dress he might be a spy. Shouldn't you at the very least be cautious with him and tie him up so he doesn't do anything dangerous?"

*mutters in sleep
"damnit kaede saduh faessssss"

"I no see why Vance would need spy when village conquered and under supervision, also we might get the trouble if we mistreat one of their citizen. Stirr, I suppose he is trouble causing stranger without the paper or ID, so take him to the confinement, Standing Bull." Painted Arrow motions to a large man, who slings Kai-Wario's body over his back and carries him to the palisade where he ties Kai-Wario to a post with some rope.
"Ok, no more noise. You go sleep now," he says to you.

*mutters in sleep
"where be mah comfeeeee blankeeeeee?"

/Go grab some skins set it up, set up one close by in case Nina decides to sleep outside

/Stretching as I get up, I just sit there for a minute looking around, observing my surroundings.

You see Kai-Wario still tied to the post stick and Nina asleep a few feet away from you. The farmers are getting up and heading off to the fields, and you hear the sounds of several farm animals including sheep and cows being milked. You also hear an argument going on nearby, your view is obscured by the houses but one of the voices sounds like the chieftain. The gates are open. You feel as if you are being watched by some presence on the rooftops. There are faint smoke clouds in the distance.

@felix: As you wake up, your raft rocks a bit from your moving to get up. You see some figures off in the distance approaching the lake.

/after debating whether or not to kill Kai-Wario as he is tied helpless, I decide I might as well try to see what the commotion is

/I head over to the suspiciously obvious next portion of the story

As you round a corner you see the chieftain speaking exasperatedly with an oriental man dressed in a yellow and red robe-like uniform. He sees you and steps aside for a few seconds. "Stranger-that-is-not! You will find food for the morning meal in the great hall. I will speak with you later." He points towards the largest building in the center of the village and turns back to the man. This is the extent of what you catch from their conversation-
????: "zhongyao de shi ni gaosu women, shuyao zhidao shemou."
Chief: "yi jing gaosu ni! women meiyou yin chang ren!"
????: "ni chueding ma? Ta lai dao zhege fangshi"
You still have the feeling of being watched. Kai-Wario is beginning to stir. The muscular man called Standing Bull passes you by with a steel tipped spear in hand, giving you a brief, emotionless look.

/Go into foodhall, I'm hungry
/mumble to self
"Looks like things are getting tense here"

Being woken by the yelling outside she slowly gets up grabbing her staffsword as she leaves. Mumbling something incoherent she slowly wanders around the village. As she passes by kai-wario she takes out a piece of paper scribbles "kick me" on it and places it on him.

/after grabbing food I head back out and wander around to Nina
"psst Nina, I think someone is watching me, I am going to wander around for a bit, can you try to find my stalker?"

She nods after swiping a small piece of his food then walks off and lean against a building munching on the food.

@nina: As Amos walks off, a human figure clad in black strides into your view on a rooftop, staring at him.

/walk to Kai-Wario - punch him in the face till he wakes up - (just hard enough that it hurts a lot, but doesn't break his jaw or nose)

Wake Maestro up and walk with him towards the direction where he saw Amos, Nina, and Kai-Wario walk towards before. On the way ask Maestro to share a little information about himself as part of the induction ceremony into the Mormon faith.

She finishes eating her stolen food then watches the figure following amos.

Kai-Wario feels pain in his (sad) face and is awake now...

@nina: The figure on the rooftop appears to chuckle at the sight of Amos beating up Kai-Wario. It then stops and turns towards you. The concealing clothing and head wear along with the distance make it difficult for you to discern the person's features, but you can tell they have a wide, disturbing grin. It raises a hand and waves at you.

/find something like a cowbone or something (stick/metal rod w/e) write in the dirt in front of him : Tried to wake you up bro, apparently it no work - I go find stalker guy.

/look around - does I notice black clad man?

She simply waves back to the mysterious man(?) then turns her attention back to Amos.

The figure jumps off the roof behind the house, going out of Nina's vision just as Amos turns. Amos sees nothing as well.
@nina: You feel a creeping, irrational fear sprout in the back of your subconsciousness, a deep primal instinct warning you about the shadowy being you just saw.
Perhaps he/she/it is silently sneaking towards you.
Sweat beads form on your neck and sides as the fear grows, taking hold of your waking mind.
Did you just hear footsteps or a ghostly gliding nearby?
Those definitely did not sound like Amos or a villager.
Goosebumps rise along your arms as you pursue a dangerous path of thought.

Trying to reassure yourself, you think what it could possibly do to you that you would be so afraid of.
It actually worsens your mental condition as you imagine horrible things happening to your mortal frame.
Each turn of your head you expect to see your doom staring you down.

You seize up in a flight or fight decision as you suddenly sense
