He has 152 posts, compared to 148 of Wayne, the administrator of the forum.

I present evidence that both Capitalist pig and itsame have both also committed an even level if not worse level of spam, by spamming smiles to jack down your ram, its not even for just getting your post count up, on the other hand I posted one letter or picture each time, which does not slow down ram and disrupt others.

yes, he is allowed to do that. and while kelvin is exempt from the defendant's accusation(because kelvin only made one post as a joke) sandow you are not. And you can all be prosecutors, because with felix on the defense side you'll need all the mental muscle you can get. Please at least pretend to work together if you wish to get the verdict you want.
Sandow you cannot accuse him of spam abusing in the designated section because one, it is the designated section and two, you have done so yourself. If you hadn't joined the war you could have accused him on a reasonable ground.

Ok once everyone has voted but me we will come to the verdict. To make up for putting down sandow I will subtract one vote from the defense side at the end, because obviously joseph will have voted for himself, and the defendant isn't supposed to vote.

Well then the two prosecutors can't vote either in a proper trial, so that means only two votes count, those who are not from DarkGenesis and Capitalist pig...
Also someone who doesn't have any posts shouldn't count as part of the community, they have not made any contribution whatsoever inflammatory or otherwise(I'm talking about *cough*haris*cough* here).
That would leave the prosecuting side with one vote and defending side with one.

thats pointless amos could just tell haris to make one post and invalidate that. and I never said this was a proper trial, just that with enough votes you get banned. I'm the only one who explicitly cannot vote.

because he is the one under trial, and there's no way you can invalidate that. sandow and amos could opt out of being prosecuting to invalidate your statement. we still have a plaintiff and a jury, but we don't have a case without a defendant, so he cannot opt out of that.

You cannot prosecute Joseph without prosecutors and you can't just "opt out", plus if this were a valid trial I can also opt for trial by judge invalidating their votes and giving me leverage based on my logic, you its its just says "option of trial by jury" in the constitution right?
If I do that then according to logical reason even if you ban Joseph then you logically have to ban Sandow too, cus remember judges have to impartial right?

In fact not only could I have haris post one post valid to hamachi night or something from school but I could have done that with others from the user list too, but I didn't, I got Haris to vote because he is an important member in the group.

Next: The defendant can't vote and the attorney can, in other words there is no plaintiff because this isn't set up like a civil court case so the prosecutors can vote, and even if EVERYONE could vote then at the rate this is going the prosecutors team would win anyways.

So my charge is this (because we want a case): You are charged with the motive of and carrying out of "screwing with the forum" and also for posting irrelevant posts in the pathfinder topic. ( or can I only charge for 1 of those).

My proof for you being charged charged with the motive of and carrying out of "screwing with the forum" is because I had a conversation over skype where felix zhou told me he asked you to do so. If you want visual proof I can get a screenshot of the conversation.

I never said we were following the constitution we're following my rules. they volunteered to be prosecutors, defendant does not have a choice. Your last sentence makes almost no sense. This is a valid trial, for the purposes of this forum.
