These are encrypted files. Decrypting them is possible but there are probably measures in place to reveal data tampering or reading.

Unless you use the proper prayers of entry it will look like you broke into the files. You would need to do a tech use test.

Like people chanting weird things, people gathering when they usually wouldn't be, eviscerated corpses, shrine to a dark god, areas clearly used as a gathering place but is out of the way and clearly ment to be hidden, crazy tech priests, equipment showing signs of obvious tampering, ominous air about particular areas, etc etc.
