what to do after servant battles?

Well alot of us are getting bored with servant battles because we keep doing one after the other (making it boring after a while) and a few people cheating to try and win.

Anyway if anyone has an idea on what to play next, be it a forum game, fps, MMO whatever if you have an idea post it here.

I can't play on steam anymore though

Why dont we try and find a game off of steam that way people can play and there would be a large selection of games to play (ones that dont require a credit card to get).

Also an idea we can use is Amos idea of a Vampire hunt RPG using the besm rules (or something else if people dont like them) it was a good idea but people got caught up in real life and forgot about it (sorry). So that can be something we can do.

That never followed through. BESM died after like a day. "super" vampire hunt is now a dead topic ...


maybe we can make a basic flash game. not sure what it can be about but i can do most of it.

I know it didnt follow through thats why im saying maybe we can take a look at it because it would be something to do besides games on steam or more servant battles.

lol, just about everything in my archives can be played using hamachi, also alien swarm is free, u don't need a credit card to get that...

Well, we can go back to some of those oldies but goodies:

Company of Heroes Online - COHO - (Online, free, and my current obsession (I get easily obsessed)).
SC2 (for those that have it) - Custom maps are a blast.

Only things I'm playing right now:

Battlefield heroes A pretty good 3rd person shooter.

Gundam Online a skill based mmo (no levels entirely based on skills you build up) based in the one year war.(currently addicted to this)

Vindictus a brutal hack and slash game that will have pvp soon (if not already there)

And im going to start playing soon:

Battle swarm fps (humans) vs rts (bugs)

Also by credit card I ment all the other games on steam.

omg, gundam online and vindictus seem to be extremely good

They are gundam is hard to get at first but its pretty fun specially in pvp but be prepared to be outclassed by japanese players and vindictus is just fun.

Nexon is pimping their pirated physics. Looks good though. BattleSwarm seems a lot like tremulous on crack and capitalism.

ffxi and ffxiv beta could work.

why don't we just do a tabletop rpg.

You know I dont know why I didnt think of it in the first place but why dont we have our own grail war using the rulebreaker rules?

It would be a fun but might be a bit time consuming because we would have to find a couple of people who would be a gm meaning they would sit out and enforce the rules, we would need 7 masters three of which would take one of the magus families that live in the area (Tohsaka, Matou, and Einzbern and a supervisor from the church if someone wants to be one else it would be one of the gmsI figured that this could be a GM only class because the supervisor can give information on other masters and servants for a favor or a price), then the masters would make there master sheets and would have to be approved by the gm's while the gm make servant sheets (though we could just use servant battle sheets with a little fine tuning which isnt hard to do).

While this is an option I dont think anyone will go for this but this could be a good option because it is an rpg and its another form of servant battles. Also if we do this ill be happy to be a gm because I have experience in RB.

You sure you want to be a GM if you are one you wont get to RP or anything unless you are a supervisor or another GM exclusive class and meet with a master for whatever reason.

Also is anyone else interested in this idea or are we going to search for more ideas?

Vindictus is pretty cool yo

Vindictus is pretty good just wish I sould transfer over my east coast characters but if I play with you guys I gotta make a new character...which sucks.

Does anyone want to play rule breaker? Seriously, I will gm. If I can get enough people interested, Ill make a topic for it

Ill play or be a second GM. so there is one person.

Also if we do this I would recomend making a serpate forum or section for it because there are alot of things that wont fit with the way the forum is right now.

Well each master gets a private section for them to post there movements fotr the day or RP topics for others to read though I guess we could do without that.

I can take care of that with subsections, which won't look pretty but they'll work.

did you read the rules where it says character creation? You get 200 points to spend on whatever from spells and stats to C4 and houses.

Felix got some people involved in COHO (Company of Heroes Online).

It's free, and a pretty good RTS.
