For reference, click first image for the rules of Nomic, the second for the List of Laws, and the third for the Ballot Sheet.
For consistensy purposes, please follow the formatting in the google documents and when proposing a new law or amendment in the Nomic thread, and please start off your proposal posts with the number of the law/amendment and the proposial both encased in brackets.
ie: [301. Whatever law I wanna propose].
Turn order will follow sign up order as indicated by the ballot sheet (left to right). Only one person can propose a law/amendment at a time and the law/amendment in question can be approved/denied as soon as everyone has voted, and no sooner. The person who proposed the law/amendment in question is responsible for its approval/denial on the List of Laws. Anyone can change their own vote before the proposer has marked the law/amendment in question's approval/denial.
Other than these rules on proposal posting, feel free to post discussion or whatever you'd like in this thread whenever and however you'd like.
Also keep track of your own score with a number at the end of all your posts.
If you want to join in the middle, just post that you're interested in this thread, and join in on the next vote/proposal (also read the rules).

Re: Nomic (Initiated: 4/24/15)
My turn brothers.
302. At the beginning of each cycle (when the last player on the order of names completes his or her turn), all players roll 1d6. The person with the highest roll will become the “Avatar of RNGjesus” for one cycle, and can choose to smite any unbelievers (defined by anyone who votes no to the Avatar’s proposal), which translates to deducting 6 points from their score. Because the avatar of the RNGjesus will be representing the alpha and the omega, there can only be one. In the event of a tie, the odd one out (the person who rolled lower, but does not have a duplicate score) will assume the mantle. If multiple ties occur simultaneously such that no one winner can be determined, then nobody gets to be the Avatar for that cycle.

[206a. Instead of losing 10 points, the player whose rule change was defeated will be considered a “fucktard” for one circuit of votes (in this case, until it is his/her turn to propose a rule-change again). All other players must use the term “fucktard” when referring to the player in question until they are no longer considered a “fucktard”. If a player does not do so, they will be considered a “fucktard” for a circuit of votes as well (starting from the vote in which they failed to refer to the “fucktard” as a “fucktard”.]

Hi-ho.
304. To promote a harmonious and agreeable environment, the alphabetic configuration “no” (n and o, no space in between) shall be hereby prohibited from use in the context of the game of Nomic. Any instance of “no” shall be replaced with “yes”, such as “nomic” now being “yesmic”, applying to any official documentation regarding the game of “yesmic”. Infringement will be met with a penalty of 2 points, while any player who is free from “no” for a single cycle will get 3 points for their compliance, and this applies indefinitely to future cycles. This will not be enforced unless a player is caught by another (so edit your posts if you catch yourself in time). This rule will not apply to the rule 304 itself, nor any before it, to allow the rule to stand without obfuscation.

309. The adoption of the Honor Code as mentioned below. Players do not have to follow any part of the Code, but a player can accuse another player of violating a certain tenet of the Code. If the accused has indeed committed this violation within the last circuit of turns, 3 points are subtracted from the accused player’s score and added to the accuser’s score.

I seek judgement.
My score and titles are constantly reported, "...in every post..." on the ballot sheet.
According to dictionary.com.
in:
preposition
1.
(used to indicate inclusion within space, a place, or limits):
walking in the park.
2.
(used to indicate inclusion within something abstract or immaterial):
in politics; in the autumn.
3.
(used to indicate inclusion within or occurrence during a period or limit of time):
in ancient times; a task done in ten minutes.
4.
(used to indicate limitation or qualification, as of situation, condition, relation, manner, action, etc.):
to speak in a whisper; to be similar in appearance.
5.
(used to indicate means):
sketched in ink; spoken in French.
6.
(used to indicate motion or direction from outside to a point within) into :
Let's go in the house.
7.
(used to indicate transition from one state to another):
to break in half.
I am not in violation of the honor code taking in for the third meaning on the list, given that you did not indicate which definition of in you are using, what the parameters of "a post" are, it can be without a doubt interpreted as a time frame of posting once, given that that is one of the definitions of in, and a post can be a unit of time.
i.e. during a post

Re: Nomic (Initiated: 4/24/15)
Law 309 clearly states that scores and titles must be reported in their posts
After becoming a heretic, Felix has failed to report his title; and although he has updated his score and gold on the google sheet, he did not update them in his post.
I find Felix "Xenoe" to be Guilty.
Now, that that's done, it's time for me to accuse wayne
In addition to this accusation, I also wish to accuse Felix of not casting a clear and unambiguous vote for several rounds.
a few of his past responses within the past circuit include "mine", "CAPITALISM", and "Ho CAPITALISM", none of which contain a clear form of yes, or no, although yes or no can be implied in several of these answers.

I disagree with Kelvin's accusation on the grounds that "mine" could be interpreted as Felix voting FOR his own proposal.
Unfortunately the other two accusations are preemptively invalidated by rule 107, as the votes occurred before the Honor Code and 309 were approved.
