More Final fantasy!

Well, as you all no doubt know, final fantasy xiv is in beta.
What you may not have known is that Dissida 012 Final Fantasy is on the way, and Kain(ffiv), Sazh Katzroy(ffxii), and Lightning(ffxiii) will be in it.

Yup japanese players get 8 hours per week to play xiv.

Also in dissidia 2 although uncomfirmed some kingdom hearts characters may be in it.

GEYY NO , KINGDOM HEARTS CHARACTERS ARE NOT TO BE ADDED TO THE FF UNIVERSE. they have queer shoes.

Well they gotta get characters from somewhere and just my opinion Ven and Vanitis from the new birth by sleep would make good aditions. Plus they have shoes.

ok well fine, but i dont want to see sora at all. plus there aren't enough new ff chars out yet to really do this justice, might as well just be an expac. But I would love to know what happened to the final fantasy game where you played as ninjamesh (this dude who has ninja jumping and teleporting and has gilgamesh power with swords)

No not THOSE Kingdom Hearts characters, they should put in Jafar and Scar and Boogie and FROLO. Frolo is like the sickest and most twisted disney villain ever, he would be awesome.

that would be FF Versus VIII, his name is Noctis Lucis Caelum, that hasn't even been released yet, square's getting ahead of themselves by working on 14 at the same time, Its going to have a modern setting like VII, which means GUNS AREN"T USELESS!!

unless you can make a barrier of floating swords around you where bullets suspiciously don't fly between the gaps (like ninjamesh)

it has to do with timing, in half life and portal you can't shoot past spinning fans and fences when you are moving unless you aim carefully, they were all using the same assault rifles which fire at the same rate, the cycling rate was probably manually controlled to prevent gaps where the next wall of bullets would hit.

I dunno, I think they just wanted to have him casually walk down a staircase while mindlessly repelling bullets.

Guns are useless in 7.
You ever notice how grunts at the very beginning do 1 or 2 hp with machine guns.

And, this should interest Michael, there is a very good chance of a Before Crisis remake for the 3DS.

I want to note that while bullets to the head and swords to the head are just about as equally devastating. A sword does do more damage to a person than a bullet. So although they have ridiculous stamina. Getting slashed by a sword in real life is a hell of a lot worse than getting shot by a bullet in the same location.

Yeah, so I'd go with a war hammer with serrated shrapnel all over the head, just a graze will kill you!

well obviously a gun is great for killing because of the range. But hey getting shot in the arm is not as bad as having over half the muscle, tendons and ligaments in your arm sliced apart.

And here the ultimate compromise is ... throwing swords

Don't Compromise! The US does not negotiate with terrorists! Remote controlled rocket propelled hammers with serrated heads and a C4 explosive charge placed with depleted uranium in the core. Its got long range, short term reusability and last resort explosion splash damage, and how about getting all muscle, ligaments, tendons, and bone in your limb TORN and SMASHED apart and then riddled with shrapnel and burned to a crisp from detonation, leaving no chance of reattachment whatsoever.

The only things this doesn't have:
Armor piercing capacity (deforming the head would take out the shrapnel, sad face)
Nuclear radiation and vaporization
A chainsaw.
