And sense I hate teaching you guys here is the chart study it there may be a test.

...Wow, somebody has too much time on their hands....I am ashamed to say I can recognize quite a few of those characters.

Lu = Louise - ZnT
Sm = Sailor Moon

Bk = her name also escapes me at the moment but she is one of the heroines of baka to test to shokanjuu
Sg = main character of Shugo Chara
Yeah Eu = the female lead who dies in Eureka, well evolves/absorbed/ that whole ending was confusing
Np = -.- I think we know this art to be of higurashi naku koro ni, and she has a suspicious similarity in looks to a certain witch
Kr= Ryogi if I am not mistaken
Re = Rena, conisdering she was the possessed person in the first higurashi I read I can remember that face
Yb = the main character from Yotsuba
P = Rin
Cs = SAKURA , DID NO ONE GET THIS? AND YOU LIVE IN A HOLE IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT SHE IS FROM, THIS WAS LIKE TAROT YUGIOH EXCEPT THEY DIDN'T BS THE RULES.
Rn = graah I don't know her name but I know she is from Tsukihime , I want to say len but I think that is the one in the white clothes, anyways in the game she has that move where she turns into a cat I believe.
Sb = saber derrrr
Mo = I am not solid on this one, but she looks uncannily like the female lead from R.E.C.

17 : P - maybe I should go read more ecchi and romance manga to fill in the rest of this, I think one of them is go tenba cheerleaders manga, but I don't have confidence in that to stand by that answer.
