looking for a new anime

Well after I finally watch Fate/Zero season 2 I'll be bored. Can anyone recommend a decent anime to watch? Only requirements are that its not a moe anime, not a hentai, not a harem anime, and nothing like k-on(interesting premise at first but it was powerofpoo). Anyway thanks to anyone who replies.

dunno, i can't find anything new that's interesting, so im watching old stuff. revisiting fma and fma brotherhood, stein's gate, scrapped princess, samurai champloo, kiba.

o yeah, and if ur interested, check out RWBY. I personally don't like it so much, since it's only dubbed (which makes me shudder everytime i hear it) but i've heard that its pretty good.

I don't care if its new, old, dubbed, or subbed as long as its good.

Also RWBY isn't technically an anime its made by Rooster Teeth making it a western cartoon drawn in an anime style (though in my opinion there is little difference in cartoons and anime nowadays.)

Yeah, there's a lot of controversy about defining what an anime is. honestly they're just a type of show, animes have different types within themselves anyways. I prefer to just classify anime by the art style, so i count RWBY as an anime.

Shingeki no Kyojin is pretty popular. Though it's not done yet.

Well you have a lot of options this season, there's good stuff being produced lately. At the top I'd recommend Maoyu Mao Yuusha, which resembles Spice and Wolf but with a more fantasy tinge. It's pretty short but finished so no waiting for the next episode. And if you don't know Spice and Wolf, you should watch it. I heard Suisei no Gargantia was interesting, haven't watched it myself though.

What's currently airing and conveniently on UTW is:
Danganronpa, it's been a blast.
Fate Kaleid Liner Prisma Ilya, but that might be too moe for your taste.
Watamote, if you feel like cringing for half an hour.

Oh yeah, if we're defining anime by the art style, you can consider marathoning the Avatar series. The Last Airbender is pretty long by itself, and you have Legend of Korra season 2 in like November or whatever to look forward to. Also, THE BOONDOCKS!!!!!

Yeah, avatar's pretty good, although it tries to appeal to a younger audience. and Boondocks is troll as F/UC

I thought last season was really good. Specifically, Yahari ore no seishun rabu kome wa machigatte iru and Hataraku Maou-sama! were both pretty good. Suisei no Gargantia is also interesting.

Something Matt pointed me to The Devil is a part timer looks to be pretty funny and reminds me of Invader Zim (gotta watch that again), also sense I got netflix I might watch Brotherhood and Trigun again. Might also look up the Lupin the Third series again, have some fond memories of that series.

Also anyone know if Madoka Magica any good? Heard it's pretty good but wanted a second opinion.

I personally enjoyed Madoka. Although I'm not familiar enough with the typical cliches of a magical girl series to fully appreciate it, it was surprisingly dark and serious for a show about little girls flying around in colourful dresses.

Shirobako is pretty good in my opinion
