Minatos wild card ability that allows him to summon the manifestations of one’s psyche known as persona and to perform fusion spells by combining the power of two personas. He originally had the ability to summon over 170 different personas but due to becoming the great seal he is limited to the three most connected to him. He is able to summon one at a time to act as a familiar and fight alongside him.

History: Mina to Arisato the Leader of S.E.E.S (Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad) and hero of persona 3. As a child he has the manafestation of the 13th arcana ,Death, sealed into him. From that momment on he was able to experience a phenomanon known as the dark hour. In 2009 he first summoned his persona and was tasked with safeguarding the world from shadows alongside his friends. After fighting the incarnationg of the first twelve major arcana the manafestation of death was unsealed from him and later told him how to fight Death and Nyx. After fighting death he attained the answer to his life and attained the power of the universe and used his soul to create the great seal. Is currently fighting in the war so he can release his soul to be with his loved ones.

The Harkonnen: A+ Anti Unit (12)
Victoria's preferred (or at least most-popularly associated with her) personal weapon is the Hellsing ARMS Anti-Midian Cannon 'Harkonnen'. Weighing 120 lb. (~60 kg) unloaded, this 30 mm, single-shot, break action, breech loader cannon uses various types of shells, including depleted uranium with silver for piercing armored targets and incendiary napalm rounds for destroying large groups of opponents both on land and in the air. Carrying this weapon, the vampirically-enhanced Seras serves perfectly as long-range fire support. Her immense strength also allows her to use the weapon while moving; sometimes, especially in the manga, she wields it with an extraordinary ease, even firing over her shoulder. Before gaining the Harkonnen, Seras used a smaller rifle, firing 12.7 mm rounds, as is seen written on the gun in the OVA. Also contains underslung Grenade launchers.
other stuff: Although she primarily uses weapons such as her Harkonnen, Seras is well-trained in hand-to-hand combat and can easily take down opponents using brute strength, as shown in Episodes 12 and 13 of the anime when facing against Incognito. It isn't stated how well-trained she is or what techniques she knows, although she states that she received basic self-defense training in Volume 2 of the manga when she became a police officer. She demonstrates some maneuvers and attacks such as kicks and karate chops that suggest that she is taught in some kind of martial arts. Specifically, she put Jan Valentine in a hold, preventing him from moving. She has strong legs and can run faster than bullets. But without a doubt, the best example of her unique strength (before drinking Pip's blood) is in episode 6 of the TV series or episode 2 of the OVA when, when the ghouls starts drooling and groping her she enters "Berserker Mode"; she destroys almost a few dozen ghouls in mere seconds in a furious, mindless state. The series has shown this trait more than once, including squashing a ghoul's head until it exploded. Her abilities greatly increase during Volume 7 of the manga (when she becomes a true vampire) when she destroys an entire row of vampires in a single move. Her overall fighting style is fairly strategic; unlike Alucard, she has no desire to find an opponent capable of ending her life, and thus does not give her opponents chances to defeat her.

Brisingr--Sword of fire, Anti-unit D+ (5)
A magical sword, made of Brightsteel, with the ability to burst into flames when activated. Because of Eragon's high magical energy and bond with Saphira, its effective power increases to B+, but decreases to E+ when he is not mounted on Saphira. Unlike many other sword noble phantasm's it does not have a giant LAZOR BEEM.
Eragon is the main protagonist of the Inheritance Cycle, written by Christopher Paolini. Eragon is a male, the first in a new generation of Dragon Riders. He was trained by Brom an old story teller from his village and Oromis, and was chosen by Saphira, a blue dragon, to be her Rider.
Eragon grew up as an orphan without any real knowledge of his parentage except his mother's name, Selena, but later discovered, while on a hunting trip into the Spine mountains, a large blue stone. The stone later hatches back at his farm into a small Blue Dragon. He later names the Dragon Saphira. The dreaded Ra'zac who have been tracking the dragon egg, turn up at Eragon's farm, kill his uncle and force Eragon on a journey of adventure, friendship, betrayal and death.

it can affect maybe a dozen targets at a time, besides, the depleted uranium is probably going to be used more, also the GUN is my NP not the ammo, I just have a crapload of that

if you read the information for all the NP's on the type-moon wiki, you find that the anti-unit ones never have a maximum number of targets greater than 4.
And flying gae bolg is anti-army with only 50 max targets.

Yeah my character sheet had the cannon as anti-fortress, but anti-army works too

Servant Inflation due to the Holy Grail: Each cannon shell has the full attack force of the NP behind it, affecting a servant the same way a normal person would be affected resistance and armor notwithstanding. Vladimir Grenades cause a single large explosion about half the radius of an excalibur blast with A+ force.

This ability also nullifies the damage of any energy (beam) type attacks as hei can change the particles of energy attacks to become completely useless

Description: Under duress or after drinking blood, Seras can voluntarily induce a sort of bloodlust state at the cost of most sanity, increasing all stats by 1. Upon activation all wounds are instantly healed through shadow matter replacement, and future injuries will completely regenerate in 5 seconds - 2 minutes depending on the severity. Her most dramatic power, however, is the use of solid shadows from which she can control and shape at whim that emanate from the stump that was her left arm, allowing her to create a bat wing to fly at enormous speeds and then later use it as a non-lethal weapon against Iscariot priests who held her boss, Integra Hellsing, prisoner. She has also used this power to recreate her arm to wield two pistols at once; also, she can turn them into normal shadows, which follow her slithering much like Zorin Blitz's tattoos follow her; lastly, she has demonstrated the ability to turn them into deadly spikes capable of stabbing and killing effortlessly. It can hold at bay another Anti-Unit melee Noble Phantasm of any rank, if used defensively.

Extra Long-Range Bombardment Firearm system for Localized defense. It had a gross weight of 345 kg and sported a pair of 30 mm auto cannons belt-fed from two large ammunition boxes carried on her back. Its maximum range was 4000m, and could snipe fast moving missiles and even shoot down Millennium airships. For additional firepower, the pair of cannons could double as a grenade launcher, launching two of the immense explosive incendiary grenades for wide-area field dominance "Vladimir", one from each barrel.
Servant Inflation due to the Holy Grail: Each cannon shell has the full attack force of the NP behind it, affecting a servant the same way a normal person would be affected resistance and armor notwithstanding. Vladimir Grenades cause a single large explosion about the radius of an excaliblast with A++ force.

you made shadow arm to be an NP rather than an ability and you didn't pay for it.

3) It is paid for by mad enhancement, do you see all the armyfag servants paying for their soldiers? Let's just say I put those 2 extra points into it.

Sorry kelvin. I actually like servants with armies, its just that with the change of theme to anime servants I am not in the mood to make one. I had an awesome caster/saber all set up for the next nonfiction round.
