SRPA - Give a helping hand, /b/ro!
So, we basically all are getting internships, but some of us need a bit of a nudge (not naming any names but we know who we are). Share you stuff, man!
*Share Re'sume' to discuss formats and content
*Share journals for same reason!
*Share proposals because someone is only halfway done! (not me this time ^^ ) Plus some of the stuff we're doing is cool, so we can read up on that stuff. Knowledge is empowering man
Here is my stuff in one file. Sharing is caring! And it means forum traffic!
My Re'sume' is in the works and I know its crappy. Mr. Lee emailed me this on it:

- Spoiler:
- I looked through the website link you sent me and it really has a lot of good information in it. It also has a nice sample resume that you can use to model yours after. I think you have included many details about yourself, but I feel like you need to work on how you have it formatted. First of all you should always start your resume with an objective right after your name and contact infromation. Second I would move your Educational section up to be the next section. You did not mention PHS or that you are part of the SMCS magnet house, which might really help catch the eye of a researcher. After the education you can focus on relavent skills for the lab you are applying to. I think you have included many impressive skills, but I am not sure they will stand out in the eyes of a researcher. After that it would be good to try to include any sort of experience you may have had to demonstrate your potential professionalism. Work experience is always great, but not everyone has that, but if you have experiences that demonstrated your leadership they would be good to mention. Leadership in your martial arts programs, perhaps. Finally i would include and recognition on honors you've received. Throughout the entire resume you should be including dates of the activities also.
See what you can do to work on making some changes and email the updated version back to me. Before you send it to me, I would like you to have one of your peers look it over first and I would like you to email their name to me when you send me the new resume.
