But actually I stopped because my announcements are too trivial and nonsensical to be worth remembering.

sort out all the evidence in your head to be absolutely sure. then sort of ask indirectly if she knows what her bf is doing. then tell her, but not too bluntly.

You ask the bf who he is dating. You should emphasize if he is dating more than one or not and act like it's a great accomplish to have 2+ gfs. This will probably make him more inclined to tell because people like to brag.

I have not had a BF in a long time (6-7 years maybe) so this is not my area of expertiese but don't get involved unless your 100% sure he is cheating if he is then tell her gently.

if he goes to our school, ask his friends. If that is impossible, try to make sure you're right. In the worst case scenario, try to find out if any of the friends of the friends of the friends of you are his friends and do a chain request.

Haven't you learned from anime? Friendship goes a long way. Friends don't backstab other friends (unless it's for lulz). Friendship can't be readily measured, so the choice is pretty much yours.
