It has really been a while since I updated the announcements...better start timestamping stuff! -- May 19th, 2011
But actually I stopped because my announcements are too trivial and nonsensical to be worth remembering.
I leave the following line up for nostalgia purposes as well:

Have any of you watched Firefly? It may be the worlds shortest lived Sci Fi television show ever, but many consider it to be one of the greatest. I've only seen the first four episodes so far but I think its awesome. Link to free-bee hulu stream here: http://www.hulu.com/firefly
Now, before you go Bat-Quano-Crazy on me and refuse to watch it because the cast is white people and two black people, well goddammit judge it AFTER you've seen at least a few episodes. I know it has a western theme, and as everybody knows on this forum Whiteness = Suckness, but as we know there are exceptions to everything.

I got generally good vibes about it from TVtropes, idk y you'd think we'd all go bat-quano-crazy on you for racism (That's generally reserved for /b/army invasions) , and Alien had 1 black guy, that died first. Oh wait, was that a James Cameron movie?
