It has really been a while since I updated the announcements...better start timestamping stuff! -- May 19th, 2011
But actually I stopped because my announcements are too trivial and nonsensical to be worth remembering.
I leave the following line up for nostalgia purposes as well:

I was just browsing through some news about the american S4 leauge when I saw this.

Now I never disliked the mans music or dance moves but this is the stupidest move ever in the name of MMO history.

Now granted it will get alot of people playing it because there are millions of his fans but this is just a stupid idea to make money...sad thing is it will most likely work.

Or they're trying to revive Jackson fever. Maybe also painting him in a positive image?

It's the Michael Jackson Renaissance, except without any innovations. Perhaps they can change the world's opinion of him; that is an innovation in itself.

The MMO itself will flop, but it might inspire more Michael Jackson. The Wii game in contrast looks like it would actually be playable.

I agree, this is milking off the man's legend, but if it succeeds and Michael's name is known 20 years from now, we should be glad that he didn't fade into obscurity.

True the wii game actually looks like it could be a bit fun (not that im going to rush out and buy a wii just for this game) and could be a good work out.
