Ciel vs Kirei

Ciel and kirei are very similer. They use the same weapons , black keys , and appear to have a very similar fighting style.

NOTE: Kirei's black keys appear to be actually made and there is a limited number of them. Ciel's are "projected" and she appears to have a limitless number of them.

In terms of "special attacks"

Ciel has the 7th Holy Scripture

Kirei can manifest the "Evil of the world" in the Holy Grail and curse people. However, he cannot do this unless the holy grail has manifested itself. However, he is an extremely powerful magus with power that exceeds that of rin.

Ciel "senpai" will win as she will not run out of black keys and inevitably, kirei will. Unless the Holy Grail is present, Kirei cannot "curse" ciel; therefore, ciel will usually win in battle with her 7th holy scripture.

She is at the end of Far Side Routes, so I guess you should take that into consideration. Ciel's a Burial Agent which is a higher rank in the Church than Kirei's Executor, but he's a magus as well so yeah. We cannot count on kotomine having the power of the grail by his side, but ciel always has Nanako with her. So it all hinges on exactly what sort of magus kirei is. Well actually, he has an armory of SMGS and small sidearms in the church, and ciel doesn't have his 'bulletproof monk clothes' so that would give him a home field advantage.
