How to embed SoundCloud tracks (2016)

Several months ago SoundCloud changed their embedding system so it no longer supports BBcode or embedding players in your post specifically for phpbb forums like this one. This has unfortunately broken every single soundcloud track embedded on the site. Fortunately embedding can still be done via HTML. It's pretty straightforward but here's some screenshots if you're a total noob, carefully cropped to avoid screen resolution discrimination. Modifying the "height" attribute in the code will change the frame size, I find that 100 to 150 is a good value if you don't want the player to take up too much space. 115 is the minimum height if you want to be able to skip to different parts of the track.

width changes the width of the box as a percentage of the post width
height changes the height of the box
show_comments displays comments on the track
show_user displays the name of the artist who made the track
visual stretches the image across the entire box
