Re: Character Sheet Graveyard
Character Sheet: Lil' Prince Ali
- Spoiler:
Character: Lil' Prince Ali
Description: Persian Lil’ Jon.
Lore:
All men fear the Great Swaggafid Kings of the desert lands. They are a hard and warlike people, who throw their newborn children into the desert to toughen them. These tyrants conquered far beyond their sandy home, and now demand tribute from vast swaths of land. The current King, realizing that the Empire had become too large to manage from the Swaggafid Oasis cities, began conquering through marriage. To continue gaining territory, he married his first and second sons to the princesses of the neighboring Ruby and Sapphire Kingdoms. Basking in his diplomatic success, the King set his eyes on the Opulent Emerald Kingdom, far to the west. He had dreamt of ruling the Emerald Kingdom since the days of his own father, so he summoned his last son, Lil’ Prince Ali to do the job.
Lil’ Prince Ali proved a little less cooperative than his brothers. He arrived to the capital city drunk and covered in bitches, and then proceeded to throw up during the welcoming ceremony. To make things worse, Lil’ Prince Ali declared that he only had eyes for the baddest nina around: Princess Jasminiquah, heiress to the Kingdom of Strippers. The King was furious, since the Kingdom of Strippers had a GDP of approximately negative five thousand gold pieces, due to monetary damages caused by STDs. The Emerald Kingdom seemed to slip out from his grasp.
However, the King had a plan. He knew that his third son was a rebellious piece of powerofpoo that would only agree to something if he lost a bet. He also knew that the debauched Lil’ Prince Ali loved to F/UC powerofpoo up. The King thus penned a royal decree: wagering that his son could not slay one hundred enemy princes, steal their treasures, and sex their bitches, within a year. If Ali failed, he would dutifully marry the Princess of the Emerald Kingdom. But, if Ali succeeded, he could marry Princess Jasminiqua and inherit the legendary Swaggafid Royal Harem.
Lil’ Prince Ali, prideful as ever, accepted the wager in front of the entire kingdom. He then proceeded to get drunk off his ass and fall face first into the sandy dunes. Although the King thought Lil’ Prince Ali was an obnoxious F/UC, he still loved his son. So, he retrieved Ali from the dunes, gave him a sword and armor, and provided him with a modest retinue of servants and creature comforts for the road ahead…“…summoned that day were 100 chanting men with bells and swords, a royal brass band, 15 dancing girls, 40 fakirs, cooks and bakers, and various slaves, servants and flunkies that care for his: 60 elephants, 75 golden camels, 53 purple peacocks, 95 white persian monkeys, numerous llamas, bears and lions, and various birds that warble on key.”
Thus, Lil’ Prince Ali set off with his Spectacular Coterie, in search of booty to kick, booty to steal, and booty to F/UC.
Adventuring Gear:
2 Chains
1 Crowbar
1 Grappling Hook
1 Hammer
1 Ram, Portable
1 Noble’s Outfit
BIG STUFF:
Weapons – Zulfiqar: A forked scimitar that supposedly belonged to the First King of the Swaggafid Dynasty. It’s very resistant to rust, but strange, intricate patterns form on its surface with the death of each king. The patterns have been growing recently.
Enchanted Weapons and Armor – Shining Swagg: (Like the image except the brown pieces are made of solid gold.) Causes all units in the area to involuntarily turn to look at Lil’ Prince Ali the first time they see him wearing [Shining Swagg]. All units are awestruck for up to 5 seconds, as Lil’ Prince Ali flaunts his golden swagger. Repeated exposure to [Shining Swagg] significantly reduces the duration of awestruck.
Other Magical Swag (Artifacts) - Crunk Ain't Dead: According to tradition, all Swaggafid royalty must proclaim their greatness with a necklace. Lil’ Prince Ali decided to pimp his necklace the F/UC out. It sparkles with the might of a thousand diamonds, and can intimidate light-sensitive creatures, given at least one ambient light source.
3 Flasks of Crunk Juice: When consumed, it allows Lil’ Prince Ali to Turn Up, granting him additional strength, mobility, and intimidation.
Companions, Pets, Steeds - Spectacular Coterie:
As a farewell gift, Lil’ Prince Ali’s father provided him with a magnificent retinue of soldiers, servants, and beasts. This Spectacular Coterie was born and raised specifically for Prince Ali, and are “lousy with loyalty” to him. They constantly sing his praises, and are obnoxious as F/UC wherever they go.
Unfortunately, all but a few were lost to the storm. At the start of his adventure, [Spectacular Coterie] contains: 1 white Persian monkey, 1 chanting man, 1 dancing girl, 1 cook, 1 flunky, 3 llamas, and 53 purple peacocks.
All units have hit points, but cannot do damage. All units are active until knocked unconscious. When knocked unconscious, units will recover within 24 hours. All units can be kidnapped, and animals can wander away from the party if they are not watched.
As long as any [Spectacular Coterie] is active, it provides a positioning bonus. For example, if a [Spectacular Coterie] is located behind an enemy, any ally attacking the enemy gets a backstab bonus. [Spectacular Coterie] can intimidate sound sensitive creatures. [Spectacular Coterie] can be stacked on top of each other to escape a pit trap. Lil’ Prince Ali can mount any [Spectacular Coterie] (including humans) to achieve a speed bonus or rest while traveling.
Extraordinary abilities - Get Low:
As is his birthright, Lil' Prince Ali can generate enough Crunk Power within a 10m radius to force a strong man (or equivalent creature) to genuflect by reciting his family's ancient words "Bararum Dum Dum". He can concentrate [Get Low] to inflict blunt damage in a specific part of the body. He can also spread out the effect to hinder the movement of multiple enemies.
Skillz
• Weapon Training (Polearms, blades, daggers/knives, Axes, Blunt/Mace, Bows, Firearms, Siege, Shields, Throwing, Improvised etc.) – Good (Blades, Improvised)
• Athletics (Swimming, Climbing, Balance, etc.) Good (Climbing, Balance)
• Social Perception - Very Good
• Stealth - VERY BAD, extra penalty (Lil’ Prince Ali does not approve of sneaking around like a little nina. He is forced to announce his presence at all times. Extra penalty if any [Spectacular Coterie] is active.)
• Language (Draconian, Goblinoid, Troll, Fish, etc.) – (All languages, limited). As a well-traveled Swaggafid prince, Ali has been exposed to many cultures and languages. However, due to his personality, he has only bothered to learn three frequently used phrases: “F/UC You” “OKAYYY” and “Turn Down for What”.
• Riding/Pilot Training (Horses, dogs, bears, ostriches, etc.) – Good (Horses and [Spectacular Coterie])
• Survival - Climate dependent (Desert, Tundra, Tropical forest) - Very Good (Desert)

Killing Kaede: A brief documentary
Killing Kaede: A brief documentary
Re: Character Sheet Graveyard
Let's have a moment of silence for everyone's favorite Hero of Justice, Daliu Ayime. Or a moment of non-silence, whichever you think is appropriate.
What's strange is that neither of Vroop's characters have actually died, they were merely taken out of the equation for a longer duration than this game will likely run.
- Character Sheet - Daliu Ayime:
Daliu Ayime
Red hair, a steely gaze full of RESOLVE
Main body of Lore described in Choco Destiny Arcs 1 and 2. More lore will be added as needed.Abilities and Equipment:
Adventuring Gear:
Generic church knapsack.
BIG STUFF:
Weapons – Sword (Generic sword picked up from Enarou guard)
1 Pistol (+ Ammo and Powder)
Armor – N/A
Enchanted Weapons and Armor – Mother and Father:
A pair of married twin swords that spawn in Daliu’s hands when [Eternal Enarou] is activated. They represent the spirits of Daliu’s mother and father. [Mother and Father] are quite sharp and heavy, and are as durable as the strongest part of Daliu’s body, acting like extensions of his will. (They will be at least as durable as a normal sword). They can be thrown, and thus benefit from Daliu’s Blades and Throwing weapon training skills. After a blade leaves Daliu’s hand, Daliu can make it reappear in his hand instantly if he wishes. [Mother and Father] disappear when [Eternal Enarou] is deactivated.
Other Magical Swag (Artifacts) – The Tricorv: a three-pronged symmetrical claw-shaped holy symbol, with flames streaking from the bottom. It also glows slightly. Given to Daliu by Father Mayhew.
Companions, Pets, Steeds – N/A
Spells – N/AExtraordinary Abilities
RESOLVE:
After losing his birth parents, Daliu gained an enormous RESOLVE when he swore to forever protect his adopted father, The Cook. From that moment on, he had no regrets, for he realized that his was the ONLY path.
(Daliu receives a large bonus to actively resist mind-control, mind-alteration, persuasion, or anything else that may deter him from the path he has chosen. Daliu also receives a large bonus to Weapon Training improvement after training the relevant category.)
People die when they are killed:
…except for Daliu Ayime. Thanks to his RESOLVE, Daliu’s body will heal to 100% after sustaining any injury or impairment. However, limbs will not regenerate. He must find and reattach missing limbs to recover full functionality. He can survive without food or water. Due to the aforementioned effects, Daliu can be forever trapped if appropriately restrained.
Steel is my body, and fire is my blood:
Daliu’s RESOLVE (combined with residual magic from the Goddess’ extraplanar intrusion) pushes his body to the limits, in order to fulfill his mental image of a Hero of Justice. Daliu can temporarily increase his current strength by twofold, at the cost of burning away his muscle fibers (which he will have to heal back later).
Eternal Enarou:
Automatically activates when Daliu is under heavy mental stress (he jus’ can’t take it no moh’). The cognitive dissonance between his current helplessness and his ideals sends his fragile mind to a safe place: a reality marble, based on Daliu’s memory of Enarou on that fateful day. However, this time, Daliu is the Hero of Justice that he has always wanted to be, and will prevent tragedy from befalling his beloved hometown.- [Eternal Enarou] sucks the souls of [Perceived Threats] (the threats that Daliu wants to crush) into Daliu’s reality marble. Daliu and [Perceived Threats] lose control of their bodies and fall to the ground. The physical world is not otherwise altered.
- After its creation, nothing can enter or exit [Eternal Enarou].
- [Perceived Threats] are randomly spawned in different parts of an ever-burning Enarou. They spawn with their current gear, limited to whatever they can carry.
- Daliu spawns near his home. In his reality marble, Daliu is fully grown HERO OF JUSTICE, wielding twin blades. He is as strong, fast, and durable as the super-score of the most powerful mortal creatures he has personally witnessed. He knows the location of all things in [Eternal Enarou], knows the interior of all structures, and knows how the environment will react to all actions. Daliu uses his Local Area knowledge to quickly pursue [Perceived Threats].
- Daliu is immune to magic-caused status effects, and can only be defeated by brute force.
- While in [Eternal Enarou], Daliu’s healing is greatly enhanced, but he will die if his heart is completely pierced, or if his head is completely chopped off.
- If Daliu dies while in [Eternal Enarou], the additional cognitive dissonance breaks his mind and traps his soul in the reality marble for all eternity.
- The reality marble persists for 30 minutes. Souls will survive inside [Eternal Enarou] even if their physical bodies are destroyed. Afterwards, all surviving souls are returned to their respective bodies. If their bodies are destroyed, souls will move to the afterlife.
- 24-hour cooldown.
- After the second use of [Eternal Enarou], the additional mental effort permanently breaks Daliu’s mind, and traps his soul in the reality marble for all eternity.
Skillz- Weapon Training (Polearms, blades, daggers/knives, Axes, Blunt/Mace, Bows, Firearms, Siege, Shields, Throwing, Improvised etc.) –
Very Good (Blades), Good (Unarmed) - Armor Training (Mail, Plate, Exotic)
- Knowledge (flora, fauna, geography, chemicals, history, religion/occult, local area, engineering, magic, mathematics, nobility, etc.) -
Very Good (Local Area: Real/Eternal Enarou) Good (Religion: Equinince) - Athletics (Swimming, Climbing, Balance, etc.) Good (Climbing, Balance, Swimming)
- [Eternal Enarou] sucks the souls of [Perceived Threats] (the threats that Daliu wants to crush) into Daliu’s reality marble. Daliu and [Perceived Threats] lose control of their bodies and fall to the ground. The physical world is not otherwise altered.
What's strange is that neither of Vroop's characters have actually died, they were merely taken out of the equation for a longer duration than this game will likely run.

I didn't really wanna throw away what I had made since it was already like half done, so I retrofitted it for Dailu (cuz of similar religious undertones).

- Jorah Cabot:
Name: Jorah Cabot
Alternate Identity: The Lord Kelvin
Race: Human
Sex: Male
Lore: Once the child of a fairly wealthy northern noble family, Jorah was a sheltered child and cultured as an aristocrat. Unfortunately, nothing but Jorah’s family ring, and mastery of string instruments gives evidence to this fact. Jorah’s music teacher was part of an ancient cult and was tasked with observing Jorah who was born on December 17th, which happens to be the same date of their lord’s death. Jorah’s 16th birthday happened to be the 273rd anniversary of the cult’s lord, which he proclaimed will be the day of his rebirth. The cult had come to a decision; and on his birthday, the music teacher had prepared a violin filled with sleeping gas as a gift. When Jorah opened his gift, all attendees at his party slowly began dropping to the ground. While Jorah lay on the floor, slowly succumbing to the gas’s power, he witnessed all of his friends and family killed. Jorah did not know what the cult had done to him while he was unconscious, but something changed within him. Jorah never felt truly alone, even after the years of isolation that Jorah went through in the hands of his captors. When Jorah was not left in his prison, the cult would drug him and perform all sorts of strange rituals, leaving his body full of injection marks. One day during one of the cult’s rituals, one of Jorah’s captors held an ancient rusted broken sword. They were going to stab Jorah in the heart with the relic. Jorah closed his eyes in fear. While his eyes were closed, he felt his bonds being untied and opened his eyes. To his surprise, he discovered that the cultist about to stab him with the ancient weapon was holding it out for him to claim. Seizing the opportunity, Jorah took the broken blade and swung it wildly at his captors. To his surprise, his captors did not avoid his slashes. They did not scream or flinch when being slaughtered by Jorah. Only after the bloodbath did Jorah realize that the cultists were not only dead, but they were in pieces, as if the blade was complete and not broken. Not eager to stay and ponder, Jorah left the cult’s hideout to finally have the chance to live his life and have some fucking fun.
Adventuring Gear:
• Random Ass Clothes
• Cheap Ukulele
• Cabot Family Ring
Big Stuff:
• “Knot in the Aether” (Broken Sword)
Extraordinary Abilities:
• Cult Knowledge (Cult of Kelvin) – Through Jorah’s years imprisoned by the Cult of Kelvin, their scriptures and religious shit is ingrained in Jorah’s memory and can be recited (mostly in the form of song) to buff allies or debuff enemies. All songs will attempt to raise belief of The Lord Kelvin.
o Law the Zeroth: Thermal Equilibrium – increase ally balance (less likely to be knocked down) and accuracy.
o Law the First: Energy is Conserved – keep allies from exhaustion and increase willpower
o Law the Second: Universal Entropy Increases – attempt to induce fear in enemies and more aggressively attempt to raise belief.
o Law the Third: A Pure Crystal’s Entropy – delays enemy abilities and movement for a short time (1/3 of a second) after the recitation of a verse is complete. Verses can be conserved for increased effect when multiple verses are triggered. When used on previously affected enemies, must add another verse to be effected again.
• I Am The Lord – Those who believe in The Lord Kelvin are unable to resist the gloriousness of Jorah/The Lord Kelvin and have difficulty doing anything other than bask in his glory… unless Jorah lets them do otherwise.
o Knot in the Aether: Return to Entropy – Jorah’s sword will appear as unbroken and full length to those under his belief and damage will be inflicted as such. In addition, those hit by the blade will “return to entropy” and be frozen briefly.
Skillz:
• Knowledge (Cult of Kelvin) – He know about shit about the Cult of Kelvin.
• Strings Expertise – if an instrument has strings, Jorah can play it.
• Batshit Cray – Jorah is crazy from extended drug use and imprisonment. Jorah is able to understand the speech of others who are deemed crazy as well as tell them apart from normal people (in cases where they are blended in a crowd or something).
• High Tolerance – Due to years of being drugged, Jorah is able to function more normally while under the influence.
• Social Perception – After years of being removed from civilization, Jorah’s social perception is fockin horrible.

Re: Character Sheet Graveyard
I don't recall any of your characters having a bow and arrows, and doesn't Oni-chan have heterochroma orange/blue eye stuff?

Re: Character Sheet Graveyard
I was going based off of memory, didn't look at what the sheet said for looks. Also they have an archer class, but it uses a bow & arrow and not a crossbow so made do with what they gave, also archer is an elf but not able to be seen on that picture.

Re: Character Sheet Graveyard
RIP Pirate King
- Character Sheet - Zhu Yang:
Character: Zhu Yang 朱洋
Description: Magical Tattoo Chinese PirateLore
Zhu Yang’s father was a fisherman, who plied his trade on the coasts of Fei. He was killed by pirates when Yang was very young, and Yang’s mother died soon after, stricken by grief. As the Fei imperial army didn’t bother patrolling their backwater part of the coastline, Yang decided to join the pirates, since he certainly couldn’t beat them.
Under the command of a charismatic captain, Yang aided his wicked crew in plundering treasure from government and merchant ships alike, and dyed the seas crimson. He met his equal in Li Wei, a fellow crewmate who was as strong as he was vicious, and he found his love in Kimiko, a beautiful woman pirate from Nippon. When their captain died in battle, the crew voted for Yang to be his replacement. Yang made a ruthlessly successful captain, and his ships were soon full of gold, silver, treasure, and a bunch of junk he couldn’t bear to part with.
Yang, Wei, and Kimiko would have lived long, storied lives together were it not for the rumor of the legendary Sky Bag. The bag was said to be as wide as the sky on the inside, allowing the user to store an infinite number of things. It was described as a godsend for the disgustingly rich, allowing them to avoid searching through their vast fortunes, and draw only the thing that their heart wanted at that moment. Any deckhand who recommended Yang get rid of his collection of giraffe-skin ottomans, instead of chasing after this fantastic artifact, was promptly thrown overboard.
Yang became obsessed with the Sky Bag, wanting it more and more every day, as his ships were on the verge of sinking under the weight of all his plunder. He trawled every inn and market, searching for clues. No one had any hard leads, but every rendition of the legend had one place in common: the Thunderous Whirlpool. This natural fixture guarded the entrance to a sacred island, where enlightened sages were said to live and create in a perfect society. In addition to the deafening thunderstorms and deadly currents, the Thunderous Whirlpool was also surrounded by schools of deadly sea monsters.
Against the repeated protests of his crew, his friend, and his lover, Yang set sail for the Thunderous Whirlpool. Months of uneasiness passed, and they finally sailed into view of the fearsome expanse. As the thunderheads loomed on the horizon, the crew’s loyalty to their captain was overridden by fear. Mutinous swords surrounded Yang from all sides, as Li Wei charged in to skewer him. Yang fought like a demon, and soon had Wei tripping over the corpses of his fellow conspirators. The two men locked blades over and over, unable to gain the upper hand, until Kimiko rammed Yang with a stray giraffe-skin ottoman that someone had forgotten to put away. Yang was cast overboard, and beaten relentlessly by the savage waves around the Whirlpool. The light of the sky soon faded into darkness, as Yang sunk and his ship sailed back towards the continent without him.
Zhu Yang washed up on Fei coastline a week later. Furious at his betrayal and heartbreak, Zhu Yang decided to seek out a reclusive Fei sage, who was rumored to aid the wronged with their revenge. The sage, having thrown his lot in with Yanluo, the Fei god of the underworld, decided he could both solve Yang’s problem, and please his patron deity. Yanluo was always in need of soul-snatchers: spirits of the dead, led by underworld generals Ox-head and Horse-face, who had contracted with Yanluo to retrieve the truant souls of mankind for proper processing and reincarnation.
The sage distilled arcane ingredients in his cauldron for 3 days and 3 nights, and mixed the resulting paste into a thick ink which he used to tattoo a ritual pattern on Zhu Yang’s back. The candles flickered as the sage chanted and breathed in the incense fumes that swirled around him, and a foul wind swept through the mountain cave, chilling Yang’s back, which was slick with sweat and blood. As the wind’s howling reached its climax, the sage prostrated himself in front of the altar, and Yanluo’s visage emerged from a cloud of dark mist.
The god had heard his follower’s request, and came to offer Zhu Yang a contract: Yang could withhold the souls of the dead from their rightful destination, and bind their will to his, by sealing them in a tattoo, in exchange for 10 years of servitude per soul. Yang prostrated himself and thanked the god for this wondrous gift, hiding the huge grin that grew on his face. This would be the ultimate revenge against his former friend, and the lover who left him.
Yang left the mountains and returned to his hometown, calling upon Lei, the old friend who had watched over his property. They drank and made merry, until Lei found the courage to mention his friend’s dog: Yang’s beloved pet had broken a leg while hunting, and had lost the will to live. The dog wouldn’t eat, and couldn’t sleep, and was due to pass away at any time.
Yang stayed by his dog’s side until it finally closed its eyes, upon which he immediately cut it open. The dog’s blood flowed into Yang’s cup, and he mixed it with black ink as the sage had instructed. All throughout the night, Yang went at his arm with a needle, tattooing the visage of his faithful pet on his skin. When Lei walked in the next day to call Yang for breakfast, he saw the inky black spirit of the dead dog, sitting on Yang’s arm and licking his master’s face.
Lei fell down and shivered as Yang walked out the door with his ink dog. “Lei, old friend, if you ever become ill, send for me. I will nurse you until the end.” Lei nodded, but gulped, as he knew what would happen afterwards.
Thus, Yang left for the sea, chasing rumors of the new pirate captain, and his beautiful woman, who had been begun raiding the Fei coastlines.Equipment:
Adventuring Gear:
Generic Fei pirate outfit
BIG STUFF:
Weapons – ‘Strong as steel’ Oar: The oar of Zhu Yang’s first small boat he used to board and capture ships as a pirate, or at least what remains of it. The shattered oar was one of the only things he could snatch during the mutiny aboard his ship. During his travels across the continent, Yang has treated it with a host of oils and potions to improve its durability, flexibility, and flame resistance. It can withstand pounding, cutting, grinding, harsh application of chemicals, etc. Even after bending 180 degrees, it will spring back to its original shape
Generic Fei Crossbow (+ ammo, swiped from government storehouse)
Armor – ‘Vest full of memories’: Zhu Yang is a packrat, and wears an open vest full of pockets that contain random objects that remind him of places he’s been, people he’s met, and things he’s done. At the GM’s discretion, some blows/projectiles may be blocked by a precious memory carried in the vest
Enchanted Weapons and Armor – [Ink Army]:
- Yang starts with two tattoos in [Ink Army]: his dog on his left arm, and an extremely venomous Fei king cobra (6 m long) on his right calf. His left and right pectorals are reserved for Li Wei and Kimiko, so that they can remain closest to his heart
Other Magical Swag (Artifacts) – N/A
Companions, Pets, Steeds – N/AAbilities
Spells – Hell Ritual: Tattoo Soul-binding:
- After a creature that has a soul dies, Zhu Yang has 24 hours to retrieve its essence carrier (oftentimes blood), tattoo it onto his body, and consciously activate the tattoo on his back, thus binding the spirit to him by the power of Yanluo.
- Each soul bound in this manner increases Yang’s servitude as a soul-snatcher for the underworld by 10 years
- Souls may appear in Yang’s dreams to talk with him, or torment him. Yang can keep them away for the night by performing a cleansing ritual
- If released by breaking their tether via [Ink Army], souls will stop appearing in Yang’s dreams, and their tattoo will disappear. Yang’s years of servitude are not refunded
Extraordinary abilities – Ink Army:
- Once a soul has been sealed in a tattoo via [Hell Ritual: Tattoo Soul-binding], Zhu Yang can summon the captured soul via their tattoo
- When summoned, the soul will act as it would if still alive (retains knowledge, personality, etc.), unless Yang chooses (effortlessly) to override its will
- Animal spirits will consider Yang an ally, even if not being consciously controlled by Yang
- If Yang is overriding the spirit’s will, he can experience all of its senses
- The spirit is material, and can fight, block blows, act as a ladder, etc. The spirit is weightless whenever it is convenient for Yang
- The spirit emerges in the strongest condition it was in on the day of its death. It does not retain equipment. It can use all abilities/spells that it possessed in life.
- The spirit emerges the same size as it was when it was alive, but can be stretched up to 2x normal body length at the cost of tapering its strength
- The spirit is tethered to Yang by at least one body part. (Yang can summon just the head, or just the hands, or everything but the pinky toe, etc.)
- Summon time depends on the tattoo’s faithfulness to the true nature of their soul. If the tattoo is representative, the spirit emerges quickly and without pain. If their visage is completely wrong, summon time is greatly prolonged, and Yang undergoes great pain. This is basically determined by how well Yang understands his target. (Ex. Yang’s dog is summoned instantaneously)
- If the spirit sustains what would have been a fatal blow when they were alive, they will return to their tattoo form. Yang can summon them again at full health, but the summon time gets progressively longer as they keep dying. Summon times are reset after a good night’s sleep. Also, the death of a spirit will also wake Yang up if he is sleeping.
- Spirits will return to tattoo form if Yang is knocked unconscious. However, if the spirit is malevolent, and Yang is not overriding its will, it may take the opportunity to kill Yang
- Spirits are released to Yanluo if Yang is killed. The tattoos on his body vanish
- Zhu Yang can remove a spirit’s tether, at the cost of him permanently losing their soul/tattoo to Yanluo. The summons are still under Yang’s control for as long as it takes for blood-ink to dry in Yanluo’s Book of Souls (which is approximately 1 minute). Afterwards, the spirit vanishes.
