It has really been a while since I updated the announcements...better start timestamping stuff! -- May 19th, 2011
But actually I stopped because my announcements are too trivial and nonsensical to be worth remembering.
I leave the following line up for nostalgia purposes as well:

I started thinking up parody names for the Battle for Wesnoth's mainline campaigns. Each campaign has a little blurb about it too so I made some of those too. Let me know what you think and if you have any ideas.

Bare to the Bone: Fight to reclaim your clothes in wesnoth, which you desperately need to cover yourself.

An Orcish Excursion: A suburban orc family's vacation gone horribly wrong.

The Mouth Guard: You are tasked with maintaining an athlete's dental health after he suffers a sports related injury.

Sceptre of Wire: Your skills are called upon to hastily construct a replacement for a sacred artifact.

Northern Regirth: Returning to pro wrestling after several years, a veteran dwarf must put on enough pounds to qualify for the heavyweight competition in 2 weeks.

Son of the Black Guy: Aid Martin Luther King Jr. in his quest to obtain civil rights for all Americans regardless of race or ethnicity.

Dead Potter: The boy who lived, come to die.
