After his return from Yomi, the underworld, Izanagi performed a cleansing rite, which accidentally created three great deities, which manifest themselves as abilities he has:
Amaterasu, the sun goddess
She allows him to summon a great fire that can not be put out through non-magical means, and reaches temperatures as hot as the surface of the sun. Also, magical abilities' power of Amaterasu is dulled or nullified by Magic Resistance. This fire is created from his left eye and he loses this ability if that eye is gouged out. He also has a small amount of control over the spread of the flames.
Tsukuyomi, the moon god
He allows him to block three of the five senses(Hearing, Sight, Smell) of one or more opponents. This is powered by his right eye and dissapears if that eye is gouged out. Against an enemy with < B mana, it takes full effect, but for enemies with < A mana, it causes a dulling of all the senses. In this case, a shadow seems to be over the victim's eyes, he can only smell very strong scents, and can only hear over 60 decibels. It has no effect on an enemy with A mana.
Susanoo, the God of sea and storms
He allows him to summon a storm equal in power to Hurricane Andrew. This power is based in his nose and weakens if his sense of smell is dulled or blocked or his nose is cut off.
The amount of time he can spend using the Noble Phantasms is as such:
No mana:6 hours
Little mana:12 hours
Sufficient mana:18 hours
High mana:24 hours
Extremely high mana:Indefinitely
He can concentrate all of these into one ability or spread them out.
For example, with no mana he can either continuously or separately use all three abilities, or he can use tsukuyomi for six hours and nothing else, or Amaterasu for 4.5 hours and Susanoo for 1.5 hours, etc.

A lance that in addition to being used as a weapon can also create small amounts of land out of the water.

Effects on the level of true magic can be cast at the speed of Single-Action spells.

[Description] One of the noble colors, when activated, turns Hera's eyes green with a red blaze. Has the effect of destroying cognitive function and distorting perception. Hera's vengeful stare can drive both mortals and gods to insanity, and become haphazard to their surroundings and dangerously self destructive.

[Description] The staff of punishment, a manifestation of Hera's vindicative nature. Any injury that Hera suffers in the hands of others will be returned threefold as a mental attack. This does not cause physical wounds and cannot kill, but could cause much pain as to make others lose consciousness and be debilitating to nervous control and function. This pain is contrived from a direct link established by Punishment, and thus Magic and Physical resistance will do no good in reducing the effects.

Im just wondering why are people who never been on for longer than a few min. suddenly coming on to vote then log off afterwards? Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this.
Anyway avenger has the advantage in this fight she just has to get Izanagi to look into her eyes (there is no limit to what stats are needed to resist so im guessing it affects everyone) then he goes mad and then she can just pick him off.

It effects u through ur back... You don't have to look at it directly.
Its like petrification, in fsn it works even if the other person its turned around.
Same for enchantment and death perception
be kinda stupid if it didn't.
The effect is reduced by magic resistance and the anti mental skills like vitrification and mental pollution and mad enhancement.
I got A mana, u can't blind me sir...
I kill u with a laser beam through the head...
