Ea, Avalon, and Ionioi Hetairoi are the only EX ranked Noble Phantasms, I think that the servant battle rules make it too simple to access such levels of power.
Unless your noble phantasm can destroy the world, provide instant regeneration to full health and be a perfect counter, or summon an army of heroes, it's not EX.

Looks like someones been reading on the type moon wikia ....

And I disagree .... that just determines the relative power level of the noble phantasm.

For example, gate of babylon is E~A and that does none of the things you specified above

Double posting faggots I'm deleting this oh plus EX nps cost a lot of points for what they're worth unless you take away points from abilities which makes you either a really boring or weaksauce servant.

my point was that we in Servant Battles tend to overestimate the powers of various NPs, and that servants could be substantially more badass if we realized that.
