Class: Assassin
Alignment: Lawful Good
[big]Stats[/big]
Strength: D (3)
Endurance: E (0)
Agility: C (5)
Mana: B (7)
Luck: C (5)
[big]Abilities[/big]
Name: Instinct
Rank: A (5)

The power to "feel" the most favorable developments for oneself during battle. Refined sixth sense is now close to true precognition. Bonus effect of reducing by half the penalties caused by obstructed vision and hearing.
Name: Eye of the Mind (True)
Rank: B (4)
[Description]
Heightened insight that was refined through experience. Capable of calm analysis of battle conditions even when in danger and deduce an appropriate course of action after considering all possibilities to escape from a predicament. So long there is even a 1% chance of a comeback, this ability greatly improves the chances of winning.
[big]Noble Phantasms[/big]
Name: Aegis (Divine Bronze Shield)
Rank: EX (12)
Type: Anti-Army (2)
[Description]
The shield or buckler of Athena or of Zeus, which was fashioned by Hephaestus. The head of the Gorgon itself lies in the central boss of the shield. It is capable of reflecting the attack of any Anti-Unit Noble Phantasm. Contains the head of the Gorgon which has the Cybele (Mystic Eyes of Petrification). It affects all targets within the owner’s field of vision, regardless of whether said targets are looking at the Eyes or not. Those who possess Rank C or lower in Mana will be immediately petrified, while those with Rank B may or may not be affected depending on the conditions. Those with Rank A or higher won’t be petrified, but will sustain "pressure" from the Eyes and receive a one rank-down to all parameters.
Name: Haidos Kuneen (Cap of Invisibility)
Rank: A+ (11)
Type: Support (1)
[Description]
A helmet or cap that possesses the ability to turn the wearer invisible. Perseus received the Cap of Invisibility from Hermes when he went to slay the Gorgon Medusa. The Cap of Invisibility enables the user to hide from the eyes of other supernatural beings, functioning much like the cloud or mist that the gods surround themselves in to become undetectable. Servants who possess Rank C or lower Luck will not be able to perceive Perseus at all, while those with RanK B may perceive Perseus only if Perseus attempts to attack them. Those with Rank A or higher will be able to perceive Perseus but will receive a one rank-down in Agility.
Background
Perseus was the first of the mythic heroes of Greek mythology whose exploits in defeating various archaic monsters provided the founding myths of the Twelve Olympians. He was the Greek hero who killed the Gorgon Medusa, and claimed Andromeda, having rescued her from a sea monster sent by Poseidon in retribution for Queen Cassiopeia declaring herself more beautiful than the sea nymphs.
Caster
- Spoiler:
- [big]Basic[/big]
True Identity: Merlin Ambrosius
Class: Caster
Alignment: Chaotic Good
[big]Stats[/big]
Strength: E (0)
Endurance: D (3)
Agility: C (5)
Mana: A (9)
Luck: E (0)
[big]Abilities[/big]
Name: Clairvoyance
Rank: A (5)
[Description]
Superior visual perception. Supplement long-range aiming and increases dynamic vision. Furthermore, at higher ranks it is possible to acquire precognition ("see into the future") and other forms of perception that are beyond normal eyesight (X-ray vision and the sorts). At this level, the user is capable of keeping track of fast-moving object within a range of 5 km regardless of physical object blocking them from view (X-ray vision). In addition, the user is capable of seeing everything that could happen in the future within a period of 3 days. Major events that could affect Merlin drastically can be seen regardless of the 3 day limit.
Name: Magecraft
Rank: A (5)
[Description]
Knowledge about Magecraft. Capable of using all Magecraft below EX rank (Sorcery). At this level, High-Thaumaturgy-level Magecraft (A rank) can be cast at the speed of Single-Action spells. Spells approaching the level of Sorcery (A+ to A++ rank) require a 2 to 3 verse chant to be cast.
[big]Noble Phantasms[/big]
Name: Dinas Emrys (Fortress of Ambrosius)
Rank: EX (12)
Type: Anti-Fortress/Anti-World (3)
[Description]
A marble phantasm that mainly exists in the form of a hill fort surrounded by a red and a white dragon. The dragons regenerate from wounds continuously (because they are part of the marble phantasm) and the user can stay in the hill fort while the dragons do battle. This is based off the first major event Merlin participates in, where Merlin frees a red and a white dragon from a hill under Vortigern's hill fort.
Name: Blessing of the Lake
Rank: EX (12)
Type: Support (1)
[Description]
The ability to create/enchant any object into an A rank Noble Phantasm. This ability can only be used up to 3 times per day in areas without major leylines. It can be used continuously in areas that continue major leylines. Based off of the legend that Merlin set the Sword in the Stone in stone and enchanted it.
Background
Merlin is a legendary figure best known as the wizard featured in the Arthurian legend. Merlin was born of a mortal woman, sired by an incubus, the non-human wellspring from whom he inherits his supernatural powers and abilities. Merlin matures to an ascendant sagehood and engineers the birth of Arthur through magic and intrigue. He is known for consulting with Vortigern, presenting Arthur with Caliburn, and being trapped in a tree because of his student Nimue.

First, caster wipes the floor with him.
Second, assassin cant sneak up on caster because caster has clarivoyance.

I don't know, caster can't really, "Kill Him" because he can't see him, also just because you can see danger ahead of time doesn't necesarily mean you can avoid it, considering it is an attack from an invisible foe, not just going against the crowd, but that is a solid trick right there where he can more or less walk up to merlin and repetitively stab him.

Re: Servant battles 2nd match.
Caster fights the same way alice from twilight does. He sees what assassin does before assassin does it.
Re: Servant battles 2nd match.
you can't see the invisible persons actions though, and sadly enough I know bare bones enough that I do know how that future seeing thing works, that one can also be wrong some times, and if it was viewing an invisible person it would just see empty air.
Also I have been wondering, do those dragons actually fight the enemy? because from the story it sounds like they just fight each other and ignore most of everything else, much less would they team up.

Re: Servant battles 2nd match.
...I should delete your post just for mentioning twilight.
Also just because you can see what will happen doesnt mean you can prevent it specially when your opponent is invisable and his weapon is as well meaning its hard to figure out the direction the weapon is coming from.
Thank you for being reasonable

Re: Servant battles 2nd match.
Yes the dragons do protect Merlin. They only fight each other when they have nothing better to do. And they would probably have luck high enough to see assassin coming. Or if not, Merlin would see with clairvoyance and have the dragons guarding him. And he has a fortress to hide in and with his other NP, what's to stop him from setting up traps in his fortress to shoot assassin with NP's or alerting Caster to his presence?
@kaede
there is nothing wrong with twilight.

And if those dragons both protect him and have crazy stats and he has his wonder enchantment then he is OP, the dragons were just fighting, and merlin didn't go to interfere with them. Seriously, super regenerating dragons is something cheap. But here is the fun part, he is an invisible assassin, he will just sneak in to the fort, use his greek mythology hero cunning and go stab merlin alot. YOU CAN'T SEE INVISIBLE PEOPLE, by definition you can't. Does merlin see the injury being inflicted upon him or does he see the danger from a 3rd person view on the attack?

Re: Servant battles 2nd match.
he sees himself being stabbed in the future so he desides to go chillax somewhere else. and yes, he is VERY OP.
Re: Servant battles 2nd match.
So this invisible guy can just keep stalking him around, really, if he runs away forever he can't really win. There is a method for him to win that I thought of, but I don't find it fair because the way that it is done is through a loophole in character sheets.

That could easily be interpreted as including thermal vision. Invisible people still emit heat.

Re: Servant battles 2nd match.
At extremely high mana levels, caster can just continuosly use his second noble phantasm. anyone is screwed if someone can continuosly make A rank and below NP.

You could also make an A rank god hand-style cloak.

I was going along the lines he could just make an invisibility disabling device, so meh.
