At the request of Kelvin, I've tested out the priorities of each NP if they clash.
Enuma Elish vs Excalibur, Exalibur wins amazingly and goes through enuma completely dealing counter damage.
Max Enuma vs Excalibur, Max Enuma wins though reducing its dmg by around 1.4k amy be more may be less slightly.
Avalon vs Anything, Avalon wins obviously
Fragarach vs Anything except gae bolg, Fragarach wins
Fragarach vs Gae Bolg, Mutual 5k
Max Dark Excalibur vs Excalibur, first hits cancel each other and the rests hit each other full force dealing high mutual damage.
Dark Excalibur vs Excalibur, full mutual damage if dark excalibur is within range.
Dark Excalibur vs Enuma, Dark excalibur wins but it reduces its damage to 3.1k
Dark Excalibur vs Max Enuma, same as Max Enuma vs Excalibur.
Max Dark Excalibur vs Enuma, Max Darkcalibur wins dealing 1k less damage.
Max Dark Excalibur vs Max Enuma, same as Max Enuma vs Excalibur.

Gae Bolg vs Anything except avalon and fragarach, Gae Bolg wins.
Gae Bolg vs Full Tsubame, special case, can't clash because both are full animation.
Full Tsubame vs Anything except avalon and fragarach, Full Tsubame wins
Beam vs Hrunting, Beam wins
Air Caladabolg vs hrunting, Air Caladabolg wins
Anything thats not Unreinforced Bazette punch or kirei punch vs hrunting, the anything wins
Unreinforced Bazette punch vs Anything, Anything wins
Kirei punch vs anything except UBp the anything wins
KnB vs everything except avalon and frag, KnB wins, can't clash with gae bolg cus KnB is instant at pointblank range

Berg Avesta vs everything, mutual damage except if avenger dies from the hit
Sakura and Dark saukra squid, explosiion unblockable and counters all that can be countered by it
9 lives vs beam, mutual damage
9 lives vs grail, grail win
9 lives vs max enuma, max enuma win
Zerker 100 heads is nearly same as grail with less activation time
Note there values are based on if they hit each other and not how fast they can be activated

i have gotten better though. I can usually beat ilya, bazett, kirei, sakura, dark sakura, avenger, saber, saber alter, every other servant except caster and gil. And I always beat rin within an inch of her life before she h4XXors me. (using bazett/saber as usual).

hmmm damage hax may actually be a good training tool....it turns rin into a superboss like permaseal berserker, you have to do all you can to avoid 'that one attack'

this is true, but one can survive a hit from berserker, even in permaseal, his damage is op'd and even in permaseal its even more op'd in permaseal, but you can still survive, an pulling avengers 236236b would just be fun at that point
